Clinical Data Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data management activities for clinical trials, including data entry, validation, and cleaning.
• Learn and ensure data quality and integrity according to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data management documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and queries.
• Support database setup, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of data management processes and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Health Science, Computer Science, Life Science, or any other Social Science Discipline must have completed NYSC.
• Advanced degree holders such as MSc, PhD, MD, MBBS, etc. are an added advantage.
• No experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn clinical data management software.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, effective communication abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
